Report abuseThe components supplied for this product simply do not work. The combination of power cords and adaptors do not work and the product is therefore not working.
Report abuseThe product was of poor construction with poor seals, a dysfunctional door, no instructions and I was required to be additional customs fees. I am not happy with the product and have no desire to store my expensive Cuban cigars in this humidor.
Report abuseThe ashtray is great and I am happy with it. What I surprised by was I not informed about a delivery charge of $55 for a $215 item. It was shipped from overseas and UPS had a customs charge that I was required to pay to accept delivery that I was not informed about at the time of purchase.

Report abuseI ordered three hygrometers. They arrived on time but were loose inside the box and basically rattled around for the entire trip to my house! Calibration is another problem. The first one is useless because the face rotates when calibrating. When I calibrate the other two, the needles just don't stay put. I carefully followed the instructions, including leaving the hygrometers in the closed bags during calibration. Unfortunately, I don’t have much faith in them. Their accuracy is dependent on the ability to calibrate them but the needles keep moving around. The calibration process is just not working for me. They are too finicky.
On a positive note, customer service is excellent. I was promptly fully refunded for my order. Thank you to HUMIDOR Discount for your honesty.

Report abuseThis seems to be the perfect travel Humidor for my needs. Time will tell, but the unit appears well constructed. If the sponge element doesn't work out, there's plenty of space to throw in a humi-pouch.

Excellent humidor, very well built, air tight and has all the features I wanted. I\'ve been using it for two months and it kept the humidity constant and my cigars fresh. The ribbed design ensures proper distribution of humidity as well. Was impressed that the lid has a hidden metal layer behind the wood for magnetic attachments, which I\'m using to magnetically attach a Boveda pack holder. Also love the felt lining on the exterior bottom to prevent slipping or scratching of my desk. I highly recommend this humidor!
