The ashtray is great and I am happy with it. What I surprised by was I not informed about a delivery charge of $55 for a $215 item. It was shipped from overseas and UPS had a customs charge that I was required to pay to accept delivery that I was not informed about at the time of purchase.

I ordered three hygrometers. They arrived on time but were loose inside the box and basically rattled around for the entire trip to my house! Calibration is another problem. The first one is useless because the face rotates when calibrating. When I calibrate the other two, the needles just don't stay put. I carefully followed the instructions, including leaving the hygrometers in the closed bags during calibration. Unfortunately, I don’t have much faith in them. Their accuracy is dependent on the ability to calibrate them but the needles keep moving around. The calibration process is just not working for me. They are too finicky.
On a positive note, customer service is excellent. I was promptly fully refunded for my order. Thank you to HUMIDOR Discount for your honesty.

This was a purchase to replace one that I gifted to a friend. The quality is still top notch and I'll be keeping this one.

This seems to be the perfect travel Humidor for my needs. Time will tell, but the unit appears well constructed. If the sponge element doesn't work out, there's plenty of space to throw in a humi-pouch.

The product was exactly what I expected (Top quality). The packaging was fair, and the product thankfully didn't have any damage, but it was shipped in two different paper boxes. The original one from adorini, which had protective foam, and the one put by Humidor Discount, which was loose. Therefore, the product had enough wiggle room to hit on either side inside the second box. The shipping was just ok because I experienced some delays due to "uncontrollable events'' from UPS, and I was notified by the delivery guy THAT THERE IS NO OPTION TO COMMENT ON A PRODUCT IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED RIGHT ON THE DELIVERY. I asked him to note that when he gave me the product, the box fell from his hands, but he said there was no option, and there never has been from UPS to note damages on arrival. Thank god the package was alright. Again, the product was perfect!!! The delivery had its problems, and that's why I would consider ordering something more expensive!
