There was an issue with a missing felt on 1 foot and an absent divider package, but the outstanding service quickly made a partial refund of my purchase and shipped out a divider package. I can´t ask for more than that!

Report abuseAn excellent looking humidor. Works really well in keeping my cigars in tip top condition. My only complaint is with the attachment magnets for the hydrometer. The sticky pads that attach the magnet to the hydrometer are not sufficient and I would constantly find the hydrometer had fallen off the lid and was sitting on top of my cigars. I have now glued the magnets in place and have had no more problems.Overall, a quality humidor with superb looks.
Report abuseGood looking cutter. Works well, but I find that the blades are a little thick and sometimes do not cut the cigar perfectly. They sometimes pull the whole cap off rather than cutting. Overall though, a fairly decent cutter for a decent price.

Report abuseThe engraving plate came with a self-adhesive. I guess this gives you the option of where to place it. Hopefully, the adhesive endures the test of time.
