When filled up, it doesn't stay lit or doesn't light at all most of the time. Don't know if I am using it incorrectly or if it is leaking gas. Otherwise, it seems fine.

The humidor is really a top-quality item. Nice finish inside and outside, and the mechanism feels like it is going to last 50 years or so! The only bad thing is the humidifier, which feels cheap and is made from not very good plastic. A cheap upgrade is possible!

Very pleased with my new humidor. Now I am able to age my cigars properly. Quick delivery (4 days international shipping), properly packaged and nothing damaged. There was an additional accessory, such as the distilled water with silver ions.
So far, the hydrometer appears to be accurate. Will run it in for a few weeks to see if it's stable.

The product was precisely what I expected it to be when I ordered it.

Ingenious little product. Works well. Just one complaint. The magnet that came with it isn’t strong enough to fasten the humidifier well when it’s hung in the humidor.

The box arrived a few weeks ago. Quality looks ok, no surface defects. The frame is surprisingly fragile-looking, with quite thin walls, and I am not sure about how the door will keep working in the long run. The shipping company's tracking didn't work online, and they tried to deliver it only once (without advance notice) in office hours and then brought it to the UPS access point. UPS customer service didn't want to discuss a new delivery. Not much added value compared to traditional postal services. I expected this order to be delivered home.

Very good quality, excellent product.

Very nice and slim. Must take care not to put it in the pocket with metal (coins, keys...), as it can easily damage the matte black paint.
