Gift wrap is of good quality

The label is not attached to the product, but arrives separated. This feature is not specified at the time of purchase, the customer assumes therefore that the plate with the engraving arrives already glued on the final product. If it had been specified, I would have not have chosen it.

Instructions for use and commissioning is desirable, especially when ordered to offer a person with no Internet to view videos on your site.

The font used in the engraving is not exactly classic, and perhaps is a little too modern compared to the style of the product. The plate is not too finely finished but overall it's okay.

The product is super packed, on time and in top quality arrived. More like orders.

Some small issues with the stock hygrometer remaining properly fixed to the lid. Still excellent all round. Perfect, consistent 70/70 so far with almost no effort.

Processing: Hinges and imprint show small flaws. Accessories: hygrometer is unusable (deviation -15%) and the humidifier seems poor, but it works flawless.

Aesthetically the product is perfect for cigarettes though is not very functional for cigars but it is a good product.

This is an excellent double jet flame lighter for a reasonable price. So far, it's been working without any problem. Moreover, to my surprise, it has a 9 mm cigar punch that's conveniently hidden in the base.

Another excellent Xikar's product. You can't go wrong with this cigar case as it really protects your cigars from being crushed wherever you go. Because of its Spanish cedar lining, I don't have to worry about my cigars becoming dried out: the case keeps the humidity of cigars at a constant level.

Great humidor which is very well constructed. Once properly seasoned, it keeps the humidity of cigars at a constant level. You can't get better for such a good price.

Overall good quality build and as described. Slats in the base of the drawers should ensure good air flow around the humidor.
Having drawers makes it great for storing a variety of cigars.

Neatly and tightly engraved. Gives a luxurious touch to the humidor.
