The humidor was shipped to me quickly and well-protected. I activated it according to the protocol, and I must say that it does its duty in an excellent way, and its features, in my opinion, are truly elegant. I removed a star because the hygrometer inside was inefficient. The adjustment screw worked by rotating the entire dial, which was practically broken. Probably it was damaged during transport; however, after contacting customer service, I received the promise of a replacement.

After a year of use I can say that it is a very beautiful product but it seals very badly and is constantly losing moisture.

The humidor and its accessories are of excellent quality. A magic smell of cedar emerges at its opening... The hygrometer arrived perfectly calibrated.

Nice finish, keeps humidity stable, ribbed interior a real plus for air circulation. I bought this for the quality build and care of my cigars. So no fancy design outside, just a quality humidor that works.

Overall very good. However, the magnet on the hygrometer came off after I first closed the humidor. Slightly annoying to have to go and buy glue to fix this.

The glue on the magnet for fixing the hygrometer in place was not strong enough. It didn't hold and fell in the bowl of water I was using to prepare the humidor. I had to let it dry out and re-calibrate it. Everything else was fine.

The appearance and finish is really good. Unfortunately, the hygrometer kept falling off, because the original adhesive tape on the magnet was not strong enough. This was a problem but it's fixed now.

It's my first humidor, but the first impression is very positive. I am now trying to verify if the hygrometer requires calibration. I put the cigars after following the procedure learned from the video and the manual on the site. The package arrived in good condition. The humidor is in excellent condition except for a small imperfection on one corner, which I think is its weak point. The dividers are well proportioned and clever in their simplicity. I am very satisfied with my purchase. A beautifully finished humidor, which will last a long time (at least I hope so :)). The only thing that lets me down is the storage capacity. I hoped that more cigars could fit in there. But if you want to store several brands and you want to keep them well apart, about 30 to 40 cigars could fit in there.
