Fair purchase conditions are part of our

customers advantages such as low price guarantee. There are no hidden
costs and all products are forwarded to EU countries without shipping
costs. We are convinced that the excellent value of our products will

1. Prices All indicated prices are final consumer prices and contain
already the value added tax (VAT). The amount of the VAT is specified explicitely
in all invoices, which may allow corporate clients to recuperate the tax.
Minimum Order: Please understand that the minimum oder limit allows us to keep our prices low and to offer you very favorable shipping conditions with free shipping to many countries. For orders that do not reach the minimum order values of €50 an additional service fee of €7.50 is charged.
In the case of shipments into countries outside of the European Union
there can still incur costs for customs, VAT of the country of destination and costs for customs
handling billed by the forwarder.
2. Notice of defects Due to the insurance conditions
of the forwarder, the buyer has to examine the commodity upon
receipt. Visible damage to the package must be confirmed in writing directly
upon delivery by the postman and/or carrier. In case of shipping damages without
visible damage to the packing, you must inform us within 2 days after
receipt of the shipment. 3. Payment The client can choose according
to his own preferences among the offered means of payment:
The purchasing price is due upon ordering.
All products remain our property until the complete purchasing amount has been paid. 4. 30-days money back guarantee The client is granted the right to return
purchased products within 30 days. If a supplied article
for any reason should not correspond to the clients expectations, then we will
refund the paid amount upon receiving product in the original condition and
in the original packaging. It is not necessary to give us any reasons
for returning a product. We will pay the costs of the return shipment,
if the product is defective. Otherwise the customer has to bear the cost
of the return shipment. After receipt of the returned product, the purchase
price is returned to the customer immediately. Please note that customized
products can not be returned. 5. Low price guarantee We guarantee for all offered
products that the client pays the lowest price. If a client should discover the same
product within 3 months after the purchase somwhere else at a lower price, we will pay
the difference to the purchase price. 6. Privacy The data of the order and the data of
the client is stored for the purpose of the completion of the order and for
email notifications. The client agrees to the collection, processing and
use of these data expressly. The data is treated confidential and is not
provided to third parties. 7. Cancelation We reserve the right to withdraw
from the order contract in case of errors in calculations, writing or
printing.
